Workshop on small-scale energy solutions on Iniö, Finland
The Green island project invites all residents on the island of Iniö to a energy workshop.
Energy advisor Alf-Peter Heino will talk about water heating with solar panels, electricity from solar panels and windmills for households. He will also talk about geothermal heating. This is a good opportunity if you have questions about renewable energy sources.

About the project
The main goal of Green Islands is to improve the environmental conditions in the Baltic region. The project aims at achieving ‘greener’ islands by mapping, analyzing and evaluating the situation in terms of how solid waste is taken care of, energy and water consumption, and wastewater management on islands in Sweden, Finland, and Estonia.
